ABOUT AAA PRINTINGS
AAA Printings is a 3D printing, 3D scanning, and reverse engineering business proudly located in Navarre, Ohio. We specialize in custom plastic parts built around real-world needs—from replacing something that is broken or no longer available to turning a completely new idea into a finished part.
Most of our work is one-off and 100% custom. That means we are not limited to a catalog of existing designs. Every project starts with the part, problem, measurements, or idea in front of us.
REVERSE ENGINEERING FOR REAL-WORLD PARTS
Have a physical part but no CAD file? That is where reverse engineering comes in. We can work from an existing part, measurements, photographs, sketches, or a 3D scan to recreate the geometry and build a usable digital model.
The projects can be large or small. We work on everything from automotive components and replacement pieces to tiny custom parts such as computer mouse buttons—and just about everything in between.
Reverse engineering is especially useful when a plastic part is broken, discontinued, difficult to source, or needs to be modified from the original design.
ONE-OFF. CUSTOM. BUILT AROUND YOUR PART.
We are comfortable taking on the projects that do not fit neatly into a standard product list. If you need one replacement piece, one prototype, or one completely custom solution, that is exactly the kind of work we are set up to handle.
We can also modify an existing design when the original part needs a different fit, added strength, a changed mounting point, or another practical adjustment.
PLASTIC 3D PRINTING
AAA Printings specializes in plastic additive manufacturing. We do not offer metal 3D printing. Our most commonly used materials include:
PLA
Polylactic Acid is a versatile material that works well for prototypes, models, fixtures, and many general-purpose parts.
PETG
Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol offers a useful balance of durability, toughness, and ease of use for many functional parts.
ABS
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene is commonly chosen for tougher functional applications where durability and temperature resistance matter.
TPU
Thermoplastic Polyurethane is flexible and resilient, making it useful for parts that need to bend, flex, absorb impact, or provide grip.
Material selection depends on the job. We look at how the part will be used and choose a plastic based on factors such as rigidity, flexibility, durability, fit, and expected operating conditions.
FROM AN IDEA OR EXISTING PART TO SOMETHING YOU CAN USE
Not every project starts with a finished 3D model. Sometimes it starts with a broken part on a workbench. Sometimes it is a sketch, a few measurements, or an idea that has never existed before. We can help turn that starting point into a printable design and then into a physical plastic part.
Because most of our work is custom, the process is built around the individual project rather than forcing the project into a standard package. We can scan, measure, model, adjust, prototype, and print as needed to reach the right result.
PROUDLY BASED IN NAVARRE, OHIO
AAA Printings is a local small business built around direct communication and practical problem solving. You work with the people actually handling the scanning, design, and printing of your part from start to finish.
Have a plastic part you need recreated, modified, or designed from scratch? Tell us what you are working on and we will help determine the best way to make it.
